At Puja Dutta, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for returns or refunds.
Returns are accepted within 7 business days from the date of delivery.To initiate a return, contact us at poeteco.official@gmail.com with your order details.Return once initiated will be picked within 3-5 working days.
In case any replacemnet or exchnage is accepted, the product will be picked and a new product will be delivered within 7- 10 working days.
Refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
